What is Ko-Fi?
Ko-Fi is a platform I offer monthly subscriptions on. I've always wanted to create exclusive merch while experimenting with new ideas and my art style in a safe environment and Ko-fi is the perfect way to do so ~ I hope that you'll enjoy this smol cozy corner and the art and merch I'll be releasing over there ♡
How does Ko-Fi work?
Ko-Fi will charge members on the day they pledge and then on the same date for subsequent months. As long as you have pledged for the month, you will receive all of the exclusive benefits of that month~
In general, all happy mail will only be shipped out at the start of the following month. Paypal and Stripe are now accepted as modes of payment so you won't need a paypal account to sign up ♡
All ko-fi rewards will be packed based on my timezone (GMT+8).
*IMPORTANT FOR Singaporeans: If you sub on the first day of the month at 12am, Ko-Fi will count your subscription on the last day of the previous month and will charge you again within the same month. -> eg subbing on 1 Feb will be counted as 31 jan and you will be charged on 27/28 Feb again. To avoid this, please only sub on the second day of the month onwards! Alternatively, you may sub on the first day and contact me for a refund for the double charge if you're afraid spots will run out for the tier you want :-)
I'll like to place an order. Can I combine my order with my Ko-Fi mail to save on shipping?
Yes, absolutely! However, please kindly note that you may only combine both packages if they belong to the same weight class. If you'll like to combine your packages, please let me know beforehand so that I can take note!
For example, if your Ko-Fi tier only contains flat mail (i.e. stickers and prints), you'll only be able to get flat items from the shop too!
Alternatively, you may top up the difference in shipping via Ko-Fi donations. If you'll like to pick this option, please contact me beforehand to check the amount you'll need to top up beforehand (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)
Are past Ko-Fi rewards available for purchase?
Yes, they are occasionally added to the Ko-Fi Secret Shop (password to access it can be found on the latest shop update post for Ko-Fi members). The secret shop is an exclusive shop only accessible to Ko-Fi members.
Past Ko-Fi rewards rarely get released to the public (generally once a year for a short period of time).
